Arthur C. Schupbach concentrates in corporate and financial matters, including banking, business acquisitions and dispositions, real estate, securities, employment law, partnerships, trademarks and litigation arising out of these and related areas. He is a graduate of Fordham University and New York University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1974. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Tax Court and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the American, New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.


Paul R. Williams concentrates in business and commercial matters, including banking, insurance, ERISA, labor and employment law, real estate, securities, lending, partnership and shareholder matters, including litigation and arbitration in these areas. He graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Public Accounting. He attended St. John's University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and the Dean's List. He was admitted before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Federal Circuits, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the American, New York State and Nassau County Bar.


Michael D. Pavone concentrates in banking, real estate and trusts and estates. He is a graduate of Fordham University and Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Dean's List and the Fordham International Law Journal. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1983. He is also admitted to the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
